Like all art work, you should avoid touching the printed surface with bare hands and we recommend that you have your print framed behind glass by a professional picture framer. All prints are individually hand-prepared, inspected for defects prior to being packaged for delivery.
We will email you a confirmation of the order received.
When you order arrives, if you are in any way dis-satisfied, contact us by email or by post and we will attempt to resolve the problem immediately. If the goods are faulty in any way, we will process a full refund and will reimburse return postage costs. Should you simply wish not to accept the goods, for whatever reason, you may return them for a full refund, excluding your return postage costs, which will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item. Items must be found in a resaleable condition once returned.
